I've waited 24 years to meet the hunky Ken Olandt, and let me
tell you ... he's hotter than EVER!

and I had a mission: to seek out Ken Olandt at April 2009's Chiller
Theatre.

and I had an issue: Who would watch the twins, Tyler and Anna, while

and I went on our hunt?
Chiller,
for the first time ever, no longer has door-tickets on Saturdays and at
this late date, there was no way to purchase them in advance. That
left Friday evening or Sunday. Sunday, I work. Friday
evening -- Baby KJ and the twins would be with me. I had to see
Ken.
Baby KJ's
Nanny came to the rescue! She patiently waited in the car with the
sleeping twins while KJ and I scaled the entire convention. And
WE FOUND KEN!
Ken was
talking to another fan when we arrived at his table, so I made eye
contact. Of course, who wouldn't immediately notice my huge red
"V" T-shirt?!
Ken had
the biggest smile on his face! Very warm and welcoming. Baby
KJ was playing shy and kept trying to hide behind me, so Ken came out
from around his table and started talking to her! Then he was
tickling her! (see pics.)
I
mentioned the new ABC-"V" and we got to talking about Ken Johnson.
Ken O. told me how he had just stopped over KJ's house earlier today on
his way to the airport. He had to pick up some "JAG" stuff.
KEN JOHNSON told me "Ken is a lovely actor
and a really nice guy."
My heart
was pounding. You'd think by now I'd be used to meeting the "V"s,
but ohhhh... Too much excitement to stay calm!
